Vigo Valentia. - marina Tropea

The sail from Cetreo to Valentia was far and long, no wind but huge swell. The poor auto pilot was wearing itself out. So most of the 45 NM by hand steering. We met 2 sailboats on the way, for the rest the sea was devoid of human enterprise.
After a long 9 hours we arrived at Vigo Valentina, called the port and got a berth right away, good service. Finally a rest and a drink. Next door was a pizzeria, thus off we went for a nice calabrese pizza. It was good. Then for a good night sleep.
Next we did some shoppin, I found an oil filter and 4 l of oil to do the soon to be done oil change (120 hours) actually.
Some luch andoff we went for Marina Tropea, only 15 Nm, slight wind in the nose, calm sea and 3 hours we were there.
Nice port with an amazing old town build on a rock formation. Too high for me, but Helene took the stairs and did the rounds and pictures.
2 days ago I stupidly knocked over a glass of water that spilled over my Macbook and now it is dead. So no more photo editing, just plain pix. Also I cannot edit the trip chart anymore.
Before leaving we changed the engine oil, since there was a long way to go with engine.
